Our store would like to explain our return&replace policy from three aspects.
1. Quality problems or problems caused by our negligence
If you find that our products have quality problems or are not the products you ordered:
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and submit us evidence, pictures, and images of the product in question. Our customer service will submit them to the second team for processing. You can choose a refund or replace it.
We will refund you 100% of the money.
We will bear the costs for the return and the re-shipment.
2. For non-quality problems or non-our responsibility
For NON-QUALITY PROBLEMS, we provide "30 Days No Reason Return/Exchange" after receiving the goods .
If you simply do not like it you can return freely. In this condition, the buyer should take shipping fees when returning it to our warehouse.
Please notice for this case, the products must be returned in new/unworn condition with the original packaging to qualify (please do not try them out outdoors). Unused, unworn, unwashed and it does not affect the second sale.
You need to provide us with the shipping order number, and customer service will contact you for a refund after we have received the item in our warehouse and confirmed that it does not affect the second sale.
3.For goods received more than 30 days
We do not provide “No Reason Return/Exchange”, if the product quality problems, you can refer to our Warranty Policy and contact us promptly.
The returned products must be sent back to our warehouse, where we will be signed off and submitted to our After-sales team for processing. Our return address：7300 Marsh Terrace, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34986.
If you want exchange product, our team will take care of it for you as soon as we confirm the evidence you have submitted.

- Order number(e.g. #1001)
- Evidence pictures and video to shown faulty items.
